Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a ride with NJ LuxRide LLC ("NJ LuxRide", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NJ LuxRide provides luxury chauffeured transportation, including airport transfers, corporate travel, point-to-point rides, hourly charters, and special event transportation across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

3. Reservations & Pricing

  • All rides are quoted at a flat rate before booking. The quoted rate is the rate you pay — no surge pricing.
  • Quotes are based on the pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and passenger count you provide. Changes to these details may change the rate.
  • Additional stops, extended wait times, or route changes requested during the ride may incur additional charges.
  • Hourly charters require a minimum 2-hour booking.

4. Payment

Payment is due at or before the time of service unless a corporate billing account has been established. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Zelle, and Venmo. Corporate accounts, invoicing, and NET terms are available upon request.

5. Airport Pickups & Wait Time

  • We track all flights in real time and adjust pickup times for early arrivals and delays at no extra charge.
  • Complimentary wait time applies after landing; extended waits beyond the courtesy window may incur wait-time charges.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. In short: cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled pickup receive a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

7. Passenger Conduct

  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle.
  • Passengers are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or their party, including cleaning fees.
  • The chauffeur may refuse or terminate service, without refund, if passenger behavior endangers the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.
  • Alcohol consumption in the vehicle is subject to applicable New Jersey law.

8. Child Safety Seats

Passengers traveling with children must request appropriate child safety seats at the time of booking, or provide their own, in accordance with New Jersey law.

9. Personal Property

NJ LuxRide is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. We will make reasonable efforts to return found items to their owners.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

While punctuality is our standard, NJ LuxRide is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, accidents, traffic, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Licensing & Insurance

NJ LuxRide operates fully licensed with an NJ OL commercial plate and maintains comprehensive liability insurance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NJ LuxRide's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the ride giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of your booking applies to your ride.
