Cancellation Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

Standard Rides

• 24 hours or more before scheduled pickup: full refund, no questions asked.
• Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup: may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted fare.
• No-show (passenger cannot be reached at pickup time and location): full fare is charged.

Weddings, Events & Group Bookings

• Cancellations 72 hours or more before the event: full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event: deposit may be non-refundable due to reserved vehicle and chauffeur scheduling.

Airport Pickups

Flight delays and early arrivals tracked by our system never count as changes or cancellations — we adjust your pickup automatically at no charge. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, contact us as soon as possible and we will reschedule or refund your ride in full.

Changes to a Booking

Need to change your pickup time, location, or passenger count? Call us at (908) 399-0978 — we will always try to accommodate changes at no cost when given reasonable notice. Changes may affect the quoted rate.

How to Cancel

Call (908) 399-0978 (24/7) or email info@njluxride.com with your name and pickup date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
